Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked Creamettes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1&1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Prepare creamettes according to directions
  2. Melt butter, remove from heat, add flour and cook, stirring constantly about 2 min.
  3. Do not Brown *
  4. Stir in milk, salt, and pepper
  5. Cook over low-med heat until smooth and thickened
  6. Remove from heat and add cubed Velveeta
  7. Stir in macaroni noodles with sauce
  8. Pour into casserole dish - small "clay" one is good; use 9x13
  9. If glass dish; butter dish first.
  10. Top with thin slices of Velveeta cheese and sprinkle with Paprika
  11. * Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Hi: When people are looking for a particular recipe they aren't looking for "June". If you switch June to the end like ala June you will have more hits.
