This is an easy recipe that turns out really pretty and is easily doubled to feed a larger family. Found the recipe on the internet.

For ease of grilling, before marinating, slice the tenderloin lengthwise, leaving about 1/2 inch intact/uncut all the way down. Then open the tenderloin like a book so that it is one large, flat piece of meat. That way, the outside doesn't get charred in order to cook the inside--and the marinade soaks in better, too.
