How to make it

  • cook rice in chicken broth and salt. mix sour cream, water chestnuts, salad dressing, peppers and pepper juice together.place
  • in a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the rice, sour cream mixture, and cheese.
  • bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
  • you can add more cheese if you like, i do because i like it cheesier
  • do it to your taste..its good either way
