Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

Uncooked eggs

Directions

Select the number of eggs you would like to boil (your choice)

Place eggs in pot and fill with water until all eggs are covered

Bring to a rolling boil and boil eggs for 3 minutes

Remove eggs from heat and cover

Allow eggs to sit for one hour

Rinse with cool water then proceed to chill in refrigerator or peel right away and eat

By poking a hole in the rounded end of the egg with a pushpin the thingy around the yoke doesn't turn greenish grey, also it doesn't smell too eggy. why you ask i have no idea but my mom makes it that way and they always come out perfect
