How to make it
- Cook rice as usual but replace 6 tablespoons water with 6 tablespoons juice concentrate.
- Beat remaining ingredients except nuts together in pot then mix in rice.
- Cook 10 minutes until thick stirring constantly then spoon into dishes and chill.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
