Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg beaten w/ a little water
  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs -mix
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesean - mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar of spaghetti sauce or homemade sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzerella
  • favorite pasta: angel hair, mostaccioli, linguini

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Slightly pound chicken breasts w/mallet to tenderize
  3. Dip chicken into egg/water mix
  4. Coat with bread crumbs/parm cheese mix
  5. Cook chicken in headed olive oil until well browned on each side
  6. Pour sauce into 11x7 dish
  7. Place chicken on sauce and top with mozz cheese
  8. Bake for 15 minutes in 400 degrees
  9. Add pasta to side
