Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter
  • Add cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and cream
  • cook until carmelized
  • Cut bananas longways and in half (half of banana is 1 serving)
  • Put in caramel mixture
  • cover bananas
  • Add rum and carefully light with a lighter
  • Fire will go out on it's own.
  • Serve on top of vanilla icecream or rice pudding
  • Enjoy!
