- 1 lb flank steak, or round steak shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp sesame oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced green onion shopping list
- 1-2 tbs roasted sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- cut flank steak up into thin strips.
- add all ingredients into a resealable bag or bowl.
- marinate in refridgerator 6-8 hrs or overnight.
- heat wok, run a little olive oil around the rim.
- add meat, and marinade.
- stir fry until cooked thorough. about 10-15 mins.
- serve over rice. enjoy!!
