Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • I Cup Apple, Cored, Peeled and Chopped

Directions
  1. Set Oven at 200 C
  2. Get 2 bowls. In one bowl mix egg, milk and butter together. In the other bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
  3. Mix the two mixtures together
  4. Add the apple into the mixture.
  5. Put 1 or 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each baking tray section.
  6. Put in oven for approx. 20 minutes.

I just made this and was a bit frustrated. It tastes great but needs to notify the baker of some stuff:
1. it's really THICK!
2. it's more like a cake batter
3. when you say chop be specific, in other words chop SMALL!
4. 200 degrees celsius is 392 fahrenheit!!!

Again, it's good...just be VERY specific when you're telling others how to bake something.

Alterations


1. chop the apples really small, make them small pieces!
2. spoon the batter into the tins. (there is no pouring here!)


Add pecans, or mini chocolate chips for a different taste and texture.
