Ingredients
- 4 trouts
- 4 Tablespoons minced onion
- 1 cup barbcue sauce
- salt and pepper to tast
- garlic powder to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven on 350F.
- Place onion and barbecue sauce in the body cavity of the Trout.
- Salt and pepper each one to taste.
- Wrap trout in tin foil, sprinkle a little garlic powder on each one.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
