How to make it

  • Preheat oven on 350F.
  • Place onion and barbecue sauce in the body cavity of the Trout.
  • Salt and pepper each one to taste.
  • Wrap trout in tin foil, sprinkle a little garlic powder on each one.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.

    I bet this would work out great on the grill too!!(I say that... but my husband is always the one who has to fire up the grill and tend to the food!)We don't have a gas grill yet.
