Nuts to You Glutenless Cookies

- 1 tbsp cornstarch whisked with 3 tbsp hot water shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar shopping list
- 2/3 cup ground almonds shopping list
- 2/3 cup ground hazelnuts shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350, grease a cookie sheet.
- Mix cornstarch slurry, butter, extracts, and agave nectar in a bowl. Whisk until well blended.
- Add ground nuts, mixing by hand until well blended and creamy.
- Stir in cranberries.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then remove and press with a fork to flatten.
- Return to even and bake another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
