How to make it

  • cut cabbage and potatoes in bite size pieces.
  • toss cabbage, potatoes, and carrots together and add to casserole dish
  • add water to dish
  • dollop margarine all over on top of mix
  • cut corned beef into pieces and place on mix
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  • cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450 for 50 minutes.

    CANNED corned beef?? You might as well just substitute it with lard and the contents of a large salt shaker! Nasty! I can hear your arteries hardening!!!
