Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe Avocados,peeled,pitted and diced
  • 1 Cup cooked asparagus pieces
  • 2 large (or)4 small limes,juiced
  • 1 Cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 Quart of softened Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Crumb Crust

Directions
  1. Place in food processor:
  2. Avocado,asparagus,lime juice,confectioners sugar,nutmeg and salt
  3. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Fold carefully into the Ice Cream
  5. Heap into pie crusts
  6. Note: May be frozen,but good served immediately at whipped cream consistency,with or without pie crusts
  7. Pale green and delectable!
