Agioritiki Tigania Mixed Fried Meat

- 250 gram of pork loin shopping list
- 1 chicken breast shopping list
- 2 Macedonian beef sausages shopping list
- 2 red peppers shopping list
- 2 green peppers shopping list
- ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- ½ cup of white dry wine shopping list
- ½ cup of water shopping list
- 1 onion, finely chopped shopping list
- peppercorns shopping list
- salt shopping list
- A pinch of cumin shopping list
- All spice peppercorns shopping list
- 1 spoonful of flour for roux shopping list
- A couple of drops of Sauce Anglais shopping list
How to make it
- Wash meat and cut into small pieces.
- Wash and cut peppers and onion.
- In a frying pan sauté the meat.
- After sautéing add the onion as well as the peppers.
- Add wine, salt, pepper, cumin, allspice peppercorns and some water and simmer until the meat is soft and tender.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Finally add a couple of drops of sauce Anglais and stir.
