Ingredients

8 Potatoes, cubed

1 Large Onion, chopped

1 Can Black Olives, sliced in halves

1 Medium can Mushrooms

2 Cans Cream of mushroom soup

8 Hamburger patties

Salt and Pepper

2 Cans Corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

In large bowl mix all ingredients but the patties. Place the mixture into 2 loaf pans. On top of mixture add the patties. Sprinkle salt and pepper over top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
