How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In large bowl mix all ingredients but the patties. Place the mixture into 2 loaf pans. On top of mixture add the patties. Sprinkle salt and pepper over top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
