Semolina Marble Cake

- 150 g butter shopping list
- 150 g caster sugar shopping list
- 150 g semolina shopping list
- 150 ml Low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 L egg , lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
- 40 g flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 60 g hazelnut , Grounded shopping list
- 1 tbsp cocoa Pwd shopping list
- 100 g white chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees .
- Grease a 9 inch springform pan .
- Cream the butter , sugar , essence and egg until fluffy .
- Fold in flour , baking pwd , semolina and hazel nuts With the milk alternatively .
- Spread 3/4 th of the batter in the cake pan .
- Fold the cocoa pwd with the remaining batter and ,
- Spread it on top .
- Bake 35 to 45 mins . Cool it .
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle it on top of the cake with a spoon .
