How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees .
  • Grease a 9 inch springform pan .
  • Cream the butter , sugar , essence and egg until fluffy .
  • Fold in flour , baking pwd , semolina and hazel nuts With the milk alternatively .
  • Spread 3/4 th of the batter in the cake pan .
  • Fold the cocoa pwd with the remaining batter and ,
  • Spread it on top .
  • Bake 35 to 45 mins . Cool it .
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle it on top of the cake with a spoon .
