Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Stir-fry garlic, then mushrooms until fragrant.
  • Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
  • Add spring onion, ginger, star anise and seasoning, stirring and tossing to mix well.
  • Add eggs and pour in enough water to cover pork.
  • Bring to boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Serve hot with steam rice.
  • Enjoy.
