Egg With Braised Pork Recipe

Ingredients
  • 500g lean pork, cut into pieces
  • 2 stalks spring onion, cut 3 cm
  • 1 thumb ginger, peel and slice
  • 6 dried mushrooms/ shitake, soaked soft
  • 8 egg, shell hard boiled
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 cloves garlic.,slice
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
  • 30g rock sugar
  • 2 tablespoon oil.
  • Water

Directions
  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Stir-fry garlic, then mushrooms until fragrant.
  3. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
  4. Add spring onion, ginger, star anise and seasoning, stirring and tossing to mix well.
  5. Add eggs and pour in enough water to cover pork.
  6. Bring to boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Serve hot with steam rice.
  8. Enjoy.
