Egg with Braised Pork

- 500g lean pork, cut into pieces shopping list
- 2 stalks spring onion, cut 3 cm shopping list
- 1 thumb ginger, peel and slice shopping list
- 6 dried mushrooms/ shitake, soaked soft shopping list
- 8 egg, shell hard boiled shopping list
- 2 star anise shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic.,slice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoon chinese rice wine shopping list
- 30g rock sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoon oil. shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in wok.
- Stir-fry garlic, then mushrooms until fragrant.
- Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
- Add spring onion, ginger, star anise and seasoning, stirring and tossing to mix well.
- Add eggs and pour in enough water to cover pork.
- Bring to boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve hot with steam rice.
- Enjoy.
