How to make it

  • Fry the broken stuffs for few mins .
  • Add the 5 Spices , onion , ginger , garlic and beansprout and fry or 5 mins .
  • Add the tomato , salt and the powders .
  • Fry another 10 mins .
  • Add salt .
  • Add the capsicum and fry 5 mins .
  • Add the tofu and cook 5 mins .
  • Serve hot with rice and some mutton curry : 0 )
