How to make it
- Butter a bundt or tube pan and sprinkle liberally with sugar.
- Mix all ingredients well and beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes.
- Pour into cake pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
- Let stand in pan for 25 minutes. Invert pan and remove cake to serving plate. No need to frost or glaze – just enjoy. Keeps well for several days – if it lasts that long.
