Poppy Seed Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 French vanilla (or your choice) instant pudding mix shopping list
- 1 C. water shopping list
- 1/3 C. oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 oz. poppy seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Butter a bundt or tube pan and sprinkle liberally with sugar.
- Mix all ingredients well and beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes.
- Pour into cake pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
- Let stand in pan for 25 minutes. Invert pan and remove cake to serving plate. No need to frost or glaze – just enjoy. Keeps well for several days – if it lasts that long.
This is my son's favorite cake! So of course it was served on his birthday!!!

French Vanilla is so fragrant, I like poppy seeds,this is great when it still has the warm breath from the oven.
