Poppy Seed Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

1 French Vanilla (or your choice) Instant pudding mix

1 C. Water

1/3 C. Oil

4 eggs

1 oz. Poppy seeds

Directions

Butter a bundt or tube pan and sprinkle liberally with sugar.

Mix all ingredients well and beat at medium speed for about 3 minutes.

Pour into cake pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.

Let stand in pan for 25 minutes. Invert pan and remove cake to serving plate. No need to frost or glaze – just enjoy. Keeps well for several days – if it lasts that long.
