2 large sweet potatoes 2 eggs- beaten 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbs. margirine-melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup dark cane sugar Peel and grate sweet potatoes add other ingredients mix throughly. pour into greased baking dish cook in slow oven at 300 degrees F.
