Ingredients

2 cups fine quality extra virgin olive oil

6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thin

Sea salt & coarse cracked black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon dried parsley

2 teaspoons dried oregano

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let it sit, unrefrigerated, for 30 minutes. Use as a dip with your favorite bread.
