This dip is easy to make and goes wonderfully with any bread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fine quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced thin
  • Sea salt & coarse cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and let it sit, unrefrigerated, for 30 minutes. Use as a dip with your favorite bread.
