How to make it

  • Mix cream & pepper (if desired) into egg
  • Pour egg mixture into small pan over low heat
  • Arrange bacon, avocado & cheese on one side of omelette
  • When egg is cooked around edges, and starting to set in the middle, fold egg over to close
  • Cook for an additional minute and serve!
