Peach Soup Recipe

Ingredients

7-8 large peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced

1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

1 can evaporated low-fat milk

1/4 cup amaretto

2 tblesp. lemon juice

1 pint peach yogurt

dash cinnamon

Directions

Puree fruit in food processor.

Add remaining ingredients.

Stir in cinnamon.

Chill for 2 hours before serving.
