I never knew why this is called soup but I do know that it is delicious!

Ingredients
  • 7-8 large peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 can evaporated low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup amaretto
  • 2 tblesp. lemon juice
  • 1 pint peach yogurt
  • dash cinnamon

Directions
  1. Puree fruit in food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir in cinnamon.
  4. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
