How to make it

  • Heat margarine in wok until melted. Add garlic stir-fry until fragrance then add mixed vegetables, spring onion stirring and tosing to mix well.
  • Add rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper stir-fry until rice grains separate and mix well.
  • Transfer to serving plate.
  • Garnish with tomatoes, cucumbers and fried wonton.
  • Enjoy.

    I love fried rice. It's great with just about any leftover veggie and meat that you have. Have you tried sesame oil? You can use it to add flavor and it will add a new taste dimension.
