This dish is simple n easy especially when I don't have Idea what to cook for my family.

Ingredients
  • Frozen mixed vegetables, as desire
  • 3 bowl cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon sweet dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as desire
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • pepper, as desire
  • 2 slice tomato and cucumber
  • 3 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic.

Directions
  1. Heat margarine in wok until melted. Add garlic stir-fry until fragrance then add mixed vegetables, spring onion stirring and tosing to mix well.
  2. Add rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper stir-fry until rice grains separate and mix well.
  3. Transfer to serving plate.
  4. Garnish with tomatoes, cucumbers and fried wonton.
  5. Enjoy.

I love fried rice. It's great with just about any leftover veggie and meat that you have. Have you tried sesame oil? You can use it to add flavor and it will add a new taste dimension.
