These are very good and very saucy. Great comfort dish sure to please all.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds sirloin tips
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup minced garlic
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Sauté garlic in hot oil then add meat and brown on all sides over medium heat.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients then and add to meat.
  3. Cover and simmer over low heat until meat is tender then serve over rice.
