How to make it

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Stir bisquick with 1/4 cup light cream to make soft dough.
  • Smooth dough into ball on floured board; lnead 5 times.
  • Roll out and put into pie pan.
  • Sprinkle backon, cheese, and onion into crust.
  • Beat remaining ingredients until blended and pour over bacon mixture.
  • Cover edge with foil to prevent browning.
  • Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
  • Remove foil for the lasat 15 minutes of cooking time.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
