Ingredients
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1/2 pound bacon, crisply friend and crumbled
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup onion, minced
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Stir bisquick with 1/4 cup light cream to make soft dough.
  3. Smooth dough into ball on floured board; lnead 5 times.
  4. Roll out and put into pie pan.
  5. Sprinkle backon, cheese, and onion into crust.
  6. Beat remaining ingredients until blended and pour over bacon mixture.
  7. Cover edge with foil to prevent browning.
  8. Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
  9. Remove foil for the lasat 15 minutes of cooking time.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
