- 1 cup Bisquick shopping list
- 1/4 cup light cream shopping list
- 1/2 pound bacon, crisply friend and crumbled shopping list
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/3 cup onion, minced shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups light cream shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir bisquick with 1/4 cup light cream to make soft dough.
- Smooth dough into ball on floured board; lnead 5 times.
- Roll out and put into pie pan.
- Sprinkle backon, cheese, and onion into crust.
- Beat remaining ingredients until blended and pour over bacon mixture.
- Cover edge with foil to prevent browning.
- Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
- Remove foil for the lasat 15 minutes of cooking time.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
