WALT DISNEYS FAVORITE CHOCOLATE SODA CREATED BY CHEF WENDT WELCOVITZ, FOUND AT THE PLAZA RESTURANT

Ingredients
  • 1/3 CUP CHOCOLATE SYRUP
  • 2 SCOOPS VANILLA ICE CREAM
  • 6 OUNCES OF COLA OR SELTZER WATER
  • MARASCHINO CHERRIES

Directions
  1. POUR CHOCOLATE SYRUP IN BOTTOM OF AN 8 OUNCE MILK- SHAKE GLASS
  2. SMOOSH IN ONE SCOOP OF ICE CREAM
  3. SLOWLY POUR IN SODA OR SELTZER WATER ALMOST TO THE TOP OF THE GLASS.
  4. PERCH ANOTHER SCOOP OF ICE CREAM ON TOP ADD A CHERRY AND A COLORFUL STRAW OR TOO
  5. WHOEVER IS DRINKING IT CAN MIX HOW THEY LIKE IT MIXED
