HAM BISCUITS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cook Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 3 packets party rolls
  • 1 pound chopped ham
  • 1 stick margarine softened
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 3 teaspoons poppy seeds

Directions
  1. Mix margarine onion, mustard and poppy seeds and spread mixture on top side of rolls.
  2. Cover bottom halves with ham then assemble and bake 10 minutes at 400.
