This is my new favorite dessert, I feel like I could eat it every night, and it's so simple to put together that it's possible to eat every night. Its elegant enough for company yet simple and fun enough for any night of the week!!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 20 cookies ( I like to use chocolate mint, like the girl scout cookies)
  • chocolate syrup
  • fresh mint
  • * Feel free to switch it up and maybe use ginger snap cookies and caramel sauce, whatever you like really! You can even switch up the jam.

Directions
  1. Whip together the cream and powdered sugar till soft peaks are formed.
  2. Fold the strawberry jam into the cream.
  3. Place the cookies in a large sealable bag and smash any way you like.
  4. Use flat-bottemed bowls, such as ramekins.
  5. Place a small layer of cookies in the bottom of each ramekin, then put a layer of the cream, followed by a middle layer of cookies, and finally topped with cream once more.
  6. Total: 2 layers of cookies and 2 layers of cream.
  7. make sure the cream on top is smoothed flat.
  8. Place in the freezer for an hour (I like to make this before we eat dinner, so that its ready when we're done.)
  9. Use a knife to gently remove it from the sides of the bowl, invert onto a plate.
  10. Garnish with chocolate syrup and fresh mint.
