Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
  • 1 C. Margarine, softened to room temp.
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2/3 C. Flour

Directions
  1. In a food processor mix flour, margarine until it is crumbly (looks like peas). Mix egg yolk and milk together with a fork and add to flour and margarine mixture. Using the pulse button on the food processor mix the dough until it pulls away form the sides of the food processor. Flour the countertop or wherever you are rolling out the crust. and put a little flour on your rolling pin and a little flour on the top of the crust and roll out and put in pie pan. This makes two pie crusts. Can be made ahead of time . All you do is roll out pie crust(s) and put in in allumium pie pan(s) and wrap each with foil (make sure the crust is covered well) and freeze. To use frozen crust(s) unthaw them before you bake them and add filling. (to unthaw place on countertop and wait about 30 minutes or so). ENJOY!!!!
