Banana Fritters Or Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 k Ripe Bananas

1 C Plain flour

1 tsp Baking powder

3 tbsps fine sugar

Pinch of salt

Oil for shallow frying

Directions

Mix everything except oil using a fork .

Heat the oil on medium heat .

When it's hot , scoop spoons of batter into the oil and fry until golden brown on all sides .

Drain on paper towels .

Can serve on it's own or with vanilla icecream .

Or in a pan pour some oil .

When hot , add 1 tbsp of batter and spread it out into a circle and cook the pancake on both sides till browned .
