Sago Yam Delight

- 1 C Sago shopping list
- 2 C palm sugar shopping list
- Few Screwpine leaves shopping list
- 1 C low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 C water shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 C yam steamed and diced shopping list
- 1 C yam steamed and mashed shopping list
- 1 C nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sago in water until it becomes transparent .
- Drain and run in cold water . Set aside .
- Bring the 2 C water to bol . Add the leaves and the sugar .
- When dissolves , strain the syrup .
- Boil the syrup for 5 mins and add everythingelse .
- Serve HOT or cold

Mmmmmmm ..... yes definitely comfort food. Well for us anyway right homey? lol I love this and always slurp mine up at Chinese wedding dinners, then take hubby's when he's not looking and snort it all down before he turns back to his bowl LMAO.
