Artichoke Liqueur
From deliathecrone 16 years agoIngredients
- 1 liter red wine shopping list
- 100 grams artichoke leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Let the artichoke leaves dry for a week in the open air.
- Chop the dried leaves and put them in a glass pot with a screw plug, pour the wine over it, and close the pot.
- Let all this rest for 7 days in a dark place. Shake the pot twice a day during this resting period.
- At the end of 7 days, filtrate the liquor with a strainer (I recommend a coffee filter).
- Bottle the liqueur and close with a cork.
