Ingredients
  • 1 liter Red wine
  • 100 grams Artichoke leaves

Directions
  1. Let the artichoke leaves dry for a week in the open air.
  2. Chop the dried leaves and put them in a glass pot with a screw plug, pour the wine over it, and close the pot.
  3. Let all this rest for 7 days in a dark place. Shake the pot twice a day during this resting period.
  4. At the end of 7 days, filtrate the liquor with a strainer (I recommend a coffee filter).
  5. Bottle the liqueur and close with a cork.
