How to make it

  • Bake halibut at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Remove skin, bones and fat from the halibut.
  • Break into small pieces and set aside.
  • Fry the onion until golden brown in the sesame oil for about five minutes.
  • Add red pepper sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce and garlic to the onion and boil on medium for 10 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice and pepper flakes then add sesame oil and boil for five more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool.
  • Wash and drain all salad ingredients then mix them together.
  • Lightly toss halibut in with the salad and serve topped with the peanut butter salad dressing.
  • Sprinkle with cashew pieces.
