Ingredients
  • 8 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/4 lb. each
  • 1 envelope barbecue coating mix

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Dip pork chops into a bowl of water.
  3. Empty coating mix into plastic bag.
  4. Add pork chops, 2 at a time, to bag and shake to coat.
  5. Arrange pork in a 9x13 inch foil-lined baking pan.
  6. Repeat process with remaining pork chops, sprinkling any remaining mixture over top.
  7. Bake, covered, about 25 minutes, without turning.
  8. Spoon pan drippings over before serving.
