Ingredients
  • 4 oz Roquefort, or Blues Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoon White Dry Wine
  • 2 Tablespoon Horseradish
  • 6 Slices of ,cooked Bacon,Crumbled fine
  • Turnips

Directions
  1. Mix the cheese,wine,horseradish,bacon until well blended
  2. Peel Turnip,slice in 1/4 in. thick
  3. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven until slightly crisp
  4. Spread cheese mixture onto the turnip slice
  5. Serve
