Friend gave me recipe, easy to prepare, oh so good

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1c.vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4c. orange juice
  • 3 t.baking powder
  • 2 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. salt
  • 5-6 Granny smith apples or 4 cups apples
  • .
  • 5 T sugar 2t. cinnamon

Directions
  1. Slice and peel apples set aside, mix sugar and cinnamon together add to apples so well coated.
  2. Mix all the indgredents together except apples in large bowl,mix until smooth.
  3. Spray bunt pan with bakers joy, bottom apples,batter,apples,batter, batter on top.
  4. Bake 350 oven for 1-1.1/2 hours to bake
