How to make it
- Prepare and bake cake acording to box instructions, using a sheet cake pan.
- Let cake rest 15 minutes.
- While cake is still warm, using a fork, rip holes throughout it.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk all over cake.
- Pour butterscotch carmel all over cake.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Before serving, cover cake with cool whip and sprinkle top with crushed candy bars.
