Ingredients
- 1 Package Johnsonville Chorizo
- 1 4oz can diced chilies
- 12oz velveta cheese. (I used reduced fat. )
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 can kidney beans or black beans
- Chopped Parsely or cilantro for ganish.
Directions
- Remove casings from Chorizo and brown
- Cut velveta into cubs for easier melting
- add chilies, velveta, and kidney beans.
- once cheese is melted add rice and heat through out.
