How to make it

  • Remove casings from Chorizo and brown
  • Cut velveta into cubs for easier melting
  • add chilies, velveta, and kidney beans.
  • once cheese is melted add rice and heat through out.

    I like the heat of this Cheesy rice and sausage dish . The cilantro adds a citrus flavor balancing out the spectrum of flavors.
