How to make it

  • Place half and half, vanilla frozen yogurt and mascarpone in blender. Blen until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour mixture in bowl or pitcher, set aside.
  • Place espresso and chocolate frozen yogurt in blender , blend until smooth.
  • Divide chocolate mixture among 4 glasses. Top chocolate mixture with mascarphone mixture.
  • Mix cocoa and powered sugar in small bowl. Sift mixture over each glass.
  • Garnish with pirouette cookie,
