Ingredients
  • Meatloaf:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 onion-finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs or quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Red Sauce:
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl,combine meatloaf ingredients. Knead together and place in a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.
  2. Mix red sauce ingredients and pour over the top.
  3. Place loaf pan onto a cookie sheet to catch any runoff.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
  5. Allow meatloaf to stand for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
  7. Note:
  8. I sometimes use 1 pound ground beef and 1/2 pound ground pork or pork sausage for extra flavor.
