Onion Cheese Muffins

Yummy. These are great with soups, stews and chowders. I like them as a mid-day snack as well. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 3 cups baking mix shopping list
- 1 teaspoon shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 can French fried onions crumbled shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients.
- Fill 16 medium muffin pans 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400.
