Gingered Fruit

- 3 large red apples shopping list
- 3 large pears shopping list
- 2 ( 17) oz. cans of apricot halves in heavy syrup shopping list
- 1 (17) oz.jar of figs in heavy syrup shopping list
- 3/4 lb. red seedless grapes shopping list
- 3/4 lb. green seedless grapes shopping list
- 1/3 cup preserved ginger, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- About 1 1/2 hours before serving or early in the day, cut apples and pears into bite size chunks.
- In a large bowl, drain syrup from apricots and figs. Add apples, pears, grapes, ginger and lemon juice.
- Toss to mix well.
- Gently stir in apricots and figs.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
