How to make it

  • About 1 1/2 hours before serving or early in the day, cut apples and pears into bite size chunks.
  • In a large bowl, drain syrup from apricots and figs. Add apples, pears, grapes, ginger and lemon juice.
  • Toss to mix well.
  • Gently stir in apricots and figs.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors.
