Ingredients
  • 1/2 c PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 1/2 c SALAD OIL
  • 1/4 c SOY SAUCE
  • 2 tb LEMON JUICE
  • 1 ts DRY MUSTARD
  • 1/2 ts GINGER
  • 1/8 ts MACE
  • 1 tsp CAVENDERS
  • 1/4 c PACKED BROWN SUGAR
  • 8 PORK CHOPS 1" THICK
  • Pineapple Yam Kabobs
  • 4 Sweet Potatoes
  • Pineapple Cubes
  • 4 Apples, quartered
  • 1/2 c Melted Butter
  • 2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/4 ts Cloves
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/4 ts Cavenders
  • 2 tb Lemon Juice

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PORK CHOPS, AND MIX WELL. MARINATE CHOPS IN SAUCE FOR SEVERAL HOURS TURNING FREQUENTLY. PLACE CHOPS ON GRILL AND SEAR BOTH SIDES. COOK SLOWLY BASTING WITH SAUCE, UNTIL WELL DONE BUT NOT DRIED OUT. SERVE WITH GRILLED PINEAPPLE SLICES OR
  2. PINEAPPLE-YAM KEBOBS
  3. COOK SWEET POTATOES IN SALTED WATER UNTIL JUST TENDER ABOUT 20 MINUTES. ALTERNATE ON SKEWERS, SWEET POTATO, PINEAPPLE AND APPLES. BRUSH WITH CINNAMON MIXTURE. GRILL BASTING OFTEN UNTIL LIGHTLY CARMELIZED.
