How to make it

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • Cream together softened cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  • Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cupcake paper liner in muffin tin.
  • Fill each cup 3/4 full of batter.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes or until blade of knife comes out clean.
  • Cool.
  • Top each with 3 cherries.
  • Yum.

    these were too good! i only had one pack of cream cheese, so I used sour cream in its place then added another egg. they were more custardy, but still delicious.
