Ingredients
  • 250 g flour
  • 2tsp baking pwd
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 140 g caster sugar
  • 50 ml low fat evaporated milk
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 125 g chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 180 deg .
  2. Stir the dry ing.
  3. Cream the butter , sugar , eggs and the milk .
  4. Add the essence , flour and the chips .
  5. Mix well and the dough will be sticky .
  6. Take spoonfuls and drop on the greased cookie sheet .
  7. Bake for 20 mins .
