Ingredients

3 avocados

2-3 limes

2 ripe tomatoes

1 white onion chopped into chunks

salt to taste

Directions

peel the avocados and break them into chunks

peel tomatoes by dropping them in boiling water for a few seconds then de-seed and chop into chunks. (People often skip the peeling and de-seeding but I find the guac gets too soggy if you skip this step)

put the avocados, onions and juice of two limes in a bowl and mix together.

Add more lime and salt to taste.

I like my guac a bit chunky but if you like it smoother keep mixing and mashing until it reaches the desired consistency.
