How to make it

  • Place 12-15 clams on a piece of 8” x 8” foil. Top with a garlic, lemon zest, dash of salt and white pepper, 1 tablespoon of butter, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley. Sprinkle clams with lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoon white wine.
  • Fold up foil into packets. Repeat so everyone has a personal packet.
  • Cook on medium heat for 6 minutes.
