Ingredients
  • 1/2 c worcestshire sauce
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c chopped basil leaves
  • 1/4 c chopped oregano leaves
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c splenda (if wants sweeter marinade)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Remove 1/4 c marinade, refrigerate til ready
  3. In large shallow baking dish (not use aluminum pans) or plastic bag, marinate your fave steak in fridge, turning occasionally, 3-24 hours
  4. Remove steak, discard marinade
  5. Grill or broil steak, brushing with reserved marinade until desired doneness
  6. Makes 1 cup
