How to make it

  • cream marg and sugar
  • add eggs
  • add essence,mix well
  • add flour and baking powd to form soft biscuit dough
  • press onto a baking tray,keep aside 1/4 of dough
  • spread jam
  • grate the rest of dough
  • bake at 180 degrees till light brown on top
  • remove from oven,dust with icing sugar,cut whilst hot
